No time? No problem. This workout program features one week of 15- minute workouts. We'll focus on core strength, mobility and low impact cardio. Squeeze them in during your lunch break and do them almost anywhere. No equipment required. Optional yoga mat and blocks. What's included: 7 pre-recorded sessions focusing on core stability, mobility and flexibility. All sessions are under 15 minutes, so that you can find the time during your busy day. 1-hour LIVE Zoom session (date, time - TBD and will be recorded if you're not able to make the time). Result: Improved mobility, strength and flexibility. You'll build a habit of daily exercising!
