Join me for a weekly morning movement and meditation class at the comfort of your home. This is a 30-minute gentle flow, suitable for all levels. You won't need any props, but a pair of blocks are always helpful.

The class will typically place on Fridays at 9:30AM EST, with just a few exceptions. Please check the calendar.

I'm offering once a month FREE option as a token of appreciation of my students and for a new students to try the class. Currently, it is the first week (Friday) of the month.

You will get the class recording after the class, if you miss the class or would like to repeat the flow.
